After studying music and being the lead member of a band, Maggio released her debut single, " Dumpa mig " in under Universal Music. Since her debut, Maggio has released five more albums under Universal, with four of them topping the charts in Sweden. Additionally, 26 of her songs have become top hits in Sweden. Outside of her solo releases, she has written songs for other artists, most notably " Hey Brother " for Avicii.

Veronica Sandra Karin Maggio is a Swedish singer of Swedish and Italian descent originally from Stockholm who has been active as a musician since Maggio began her career in after the release of her debut single 'Dumpa mig', translated into English meaning Dump Me. ZTV were big supporters from the beginning, airing the accompanying video to 'Dumpa mig' in the early days, it went on to chart at 14 on the Swedish singles chart. After this initial success Veronica was signed to Universal Music and went on tour to promote her early music. Since then she has released three albums and has seen her popularity grow hugely within Scandinavia. It is a particularly impressive album as all three singles lifted from it went top five in Sweden, yet the other remaining eight tracks also charted within the top 30 despite not receiving official releases.
